My name is Stuart, after working for a large global bank in IT for 16 years and being made redundant in June this year, I have took the plunge into contracting. So far going really well, literally started on my first contract as soon as I finished with the bank. The best bit is not having to worry about promotions, bonuses, empty promises and politics.
