What do most umbrellas do regarding ‘pay between assignments’ after one of their employees (contractors) has spent 4 weeks on the AWR Swedish Derogation bench ?
a) immediately issue a P45 to the employee
b) keep paying minimum wage ad infinitum
c) stop paying minimum wage even though the contractor still remains an employee
d) something else
