I am supplying a candidate to my client to work on a project. The candidate is supplied from another company (Agency) and is on their payroll. I have agreed a daily rate and will be paying to the Agency/Company.
Should I be bothered about how the candidate is getting paid and if I have to bother then do I have obligation to ensure that the taxing is correct by the agency/company when paying the candidate?
