Appalling service
My experience with Goumbrella trading as GoManagement and Go Accounting has been an awful one. Queries don't get answered, phones don't get answered. problems are left to junior staff who sometimes try their best but don't have enough experience.
There's no customer care, no interest in you and a general failure to provide advice. Only interested in getting recruiters to recommend them. Ignorant about employment legislation.Comment
