According to this site you could go to an employment tribunal or court, but you need to make the claim within three months of the wages being due.

Actually for £15, that's the best thing to do anyway.

That is poor advice. Claiming via a tribunal will

a) Take Longer than MCOL
b) cost more in fees to submit than submitting via MCOL
c) Statute of limitations is 6 years with MCOL and 3 months tribunal.
