ASP page to view user details in AD

Hi all

I don't suppose anyone has a sample HTML/ASP page that I can use to set up a simple website to view user details in Active Directory?

I want to enter the user name and then details like phone number and address (stored in AD) are presented.

I can find code snippets but not the whole thing in one go.
