    I could tell you a joke about UDP, but you might not get it.



    I didn't know P2P was able to do that; I'd assumed it was all just uPNP (or a central server). And I always turn uPNP off as it's a fairly obvious security flaw.
    Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

      Which is presumably why Microsoft Home Server 2011 wants it switched on, Grr. They also want me to transfer the domain name to Go Daddy or someone else I've never heard of before. I'll pass ta very much.

        It is quite feasible that the end client doesn't have control of the firewall/nat gateway...
