Business eh? Cos Word looks lovely on a GTX570

Nice build, simliar to what I just put together, same mobo, proc and gfx and its fookin' rapid. Thats a beast of a 1200W PSU you've got there, best get another 570 in SLI to justify it.

Striped raid for the system disk and for "Microsoft Office" to make sure Word, Excel and "Visual Studio 2010" load quickly.

I'm in the market for a rig like that. While it will be used for work, it will also have personal use. What's the deelio? Can it be put through the business?

Personal use has to be incidental (like what I'm currently doing).

Though to be fair it's very hard for most IT people plus quite a few others to separate work use from personal use.

I put all equipment through on the business. Just heard from someone that another contractor we know who is living a champagne livestyle has recently put through

                £10000 for a new mini
                £1000 for a personal plate
                £5000 for a holiday abroad
                £1000's in meals out

A new tent with solar panels, weekend away trips, meals & booze and basically anything he likes.

                Clock ticking...

If I've got a beefy system at home, it will get used for work. I can't help it.

Had to work on Saturday, so that was a hardly any build day.

Build going well though, all in the case, cables tidied, one monitor linked up, booted first time , Mmmmmmm 2560 X 1440, Windows and a few drivers installed. Looking good so far, boots in 40 seconds.

I nearly needed to take the french doors of their hinges to get the case in the house!!! Coolermaster HAF 932, it ain't small. Lots of room inside the case when building, which is good with my sausage fingers.
