    Best PHP-based bulletin board s'ware?

I've been asked to look into providing a community site with the following functionality:

    Web-based CMS for multiple administrators/moderators
    Ability to post streaming video
    Forums
    Polls
    RSS
    Display content from news channels/providers

I'm thinking - keep this as simple as poss, and use a web-based PHP platform.

Any recommendations on the best? I've heard PHPnuke is good for this... what's the consensus?

Joomla is fantastic as well, fully featured CMS.

      www.joomla.org

Oh, and phpnuke used to be the best, but it does seem a bit dated nowadays. (IMHO)

cswd, any opinion on .Netnuke?, know some people who are using it and want to offer me a job designing various bits and bobs.

So far I've only played around with it but can't say (likewise many other GPL CMS type stuff) that it really grabs me by the neck and makes me say "wow"...
