Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2010 Archive folders

I have a client with 100+ Outlook 2007 clients connected to a Exchange 2010 SP1 RU2 server. A LOT of the mailboxes are HUGE as there has never been an archive policy in place. Therefore I am trying to implement Exchange 2010 on-line archives. When connected with a trial Outlook 2010 client, the on-line archive folder shows up - happy days - but I just can not get it to work with outlook 2007 - no folder show up!

I have been waiting for the Office 2007 Office Feb roll up but after applying it - No folders show up again

Any Exchange guru's out there want to comment??

I'm not much further on with this - i am hoping that "Patch Tuesday" (March 8th) will deliver the required patch.
