I have had colleagues go on a Mindsharp SP2010 course which was handled in the UK by Combined Knowledge - Combined Knowledge. They seem to have more types of course now too (when I did my SP2003 training years ago there only two). My course was run by Bill English from Mindsharp who is one of the authors of the official MS SP books - he was friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful.
