Restoring file that has been Moved

Hi,

I moved a file from my XP PC to a network drive, which was then accidentally deleted (straight away). It obviously didn't appear on my PC anymore. Is there anyway to recover the file on the PC for moved files?

I think it'll be the same process for files that have been deleted

Yup, same for moved as deleted. Will still be on the disc but just not referenced. Good advice in post above.
