Thanks, took a look in there. I saw a lot of threads...but very few with solutions. None for my printer anyway. Still an interesting read.McCoy: "Medical men are trained in logic."

Okay, installed new fuser today. Took about 30seconds...it just slides and snaps in to the back of the printer. Not sure why Samsung considers it a "non-customer servicable part".
Now I'm wondering what to do with the old one. I wonder if there are companies which will take it off me for some £.McCoy: "Medical men are trained in logic."

If it is 2 years old and has only been lightly used then I'd send it back - presumably it can tell you how many pages it has printed in its life. It obviously wasn't up to the job it was intended. If that had been used in a small office then 4 toners could be got through in a few weeks.Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
