Changed ISP and now telephone line is crap!!

well I got pissed off with Tiscali, eventually because of interuptions to service. So, taking he advice of some smart arses here who said tiscali is so tulip, sign up with blah, blah, blah.

So I did. Had to pay broadband cancellation charges cos tiscali as LLU and many of the so called quality ISP cant support that. End result means you have broadband taken off your line then have to have it put back on which results in downtime and more expense because you're then considered a 'new' connection.

Oh well, the cost will be worth it I thought. ******* WRONG!!!

Since migrating to one of these quality ISP's I now find the telephone line is ******* shocking! There's constant hiss and pops such that having a conversation over the phone is sometimes difficult. Because there's so much hiss, piss and pops, the broadband frequently drops. The speed is akin to dial up and tiscali seems super fast compared to this tulip. Oh and Im paying more. But never mind, Im now with one of the quality ISP's instead of tulipty tiscali.

My equipment hasnt changed. The only thing that's changed is the ISP and the line provider which had to go back to BT.

To cap it all, this quality ISP's support is only available during daylight hours ie 9 - 5 monday to friday while tulipty tiscali had a 24/7 support.

Name of the new ISP? IDNet. **** OFF!

I've now got to spend tomorrow plugging my phone into the BT test socket because they 'cant do anything until we can say its not you equipment blah, blah, blah.' Well my ******* equipment hasnt changed you bunch of muppets. Its the line provider and ******* ISP that's changed so why the **** do I need to prove my equipment isnt the fault?

    **** OFF!
