Durbs, what are you running on it? I'm looking for a host for SBS2008, which claims to need 4GB of RAM....
Was considering a HP ML110 or a Dell SC440........
Was running 2008 Server on it and various other apps including Citrix and its now running Windows Home Server. This weekend it'll be wiped and running Windows 7 though.
This is with 1.5GB memory and its never been anything but speedy (plus Citrix can be really resource heavy).
4BG seems a big minimum spec for SBS2008! But even if you increased the memory up to that level it wouldnt cost a lot from Crucial.
Processor wise - even though its AMD, their recent server chips are certainly no slouch.
Thanks for all the help guys, found a really cheap ProLiant ML110 from PC World For Business of all places!
£179 + VAT! was £249 + VAT at servers direct.
