My new role requires the understanding and manipulation of financials presented in graphical format.
My learning style is more suited to text based information and I have always tended to switch off at the sight of a graph. I studied Economics for 3 years at degree level but switched out of it due to the increasing complexity of graphs that had to be drawn.
Can anybody recommend any useful resources to help me better understand graph based information, so that I can quickly grasp what is going on.
The graphs that I will be handling include resource and headcount details, and budgeting set against forecast and actuals.
Thanks in advance!
