Being on a Microsoft Side of life and Microsoft Partner, i have to say its the best option about..

I installed exchange and configured it all for MS Active sync, with o2 XDA and orbits and worked a treat, the ROI is second to none, and beats Blackberry. you have to install extra software for blackberry, with MS PE technology all you need is an AD with Exchange.
