Worth a look, I had a gander at one in the Orange shop the other day and it feels nice and slim compared to my M3100.Comment

O2 XDA Orbit II
The picture doesn't do it justice in that it looks much better in the flesh.
Got mine last week and can't stop playing with it.
Has what you are looking for in a compact size.
I believe it is also known as the HTC Polaris and HTC Touch Cruise.
It doesn't have a pull-out keyboard which is fine for me as that makes the phone bulky and I don't use it massively for texting or email.
With that said, am using it more and more for email in 'dead-time' and am proving quite nifty with the virtual keyboard and stylus.
Would suggest popping into an O2 store to eyeball it to get an idea of size etc.Comment

Has anyone actually got one of these Touch Duals? I've had a look at one and they look ok but I don't know what the o/s is like...some of them are as slow as sh*t.Comment

Runs WM6 which is much quicker than WM5. Best bet is to wander into a phone shop and ask to see one in action.
Failing that you could have a look at this:

I would personally rather try it out in the flesh though.Comment

I have the previous version but the spec and look seem the same.Originally posted by Clippy View PostMy tuppence worth is:

Great phone but I find that texts using the stylus can be a bit of a pain especially on the move (or drunk).
It's worth getting pocket informant for it as the std calendar is a bit tulip.Comment

You should check out the forum I posted the link to earlier. Lots of real-world experience in there.
Here is a sample thread to start you off.

Using the 8gig version of the iphone for a number of months now with EDGE on vodafone. All I need works fine, the interface is also special. Tried using my N95 today and really started to miss the large screen."Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Mark TwainComment
