Domain hosting with spam filtering - help please

I use an e-mail account on my own domain name. However as the host doesn't run spam filtering on the email server I get a lot of spam on my webmail and blackberry when I pop my e-mail.

Can anyone recommend a host that runs decent spam filtering?

Try Google Apps for Domains.

Point the MX record of your domain to Google's SMTP servers (as per their instructions). You set up mail accounts (POP boxes) for one or more aliases and configure your device to access Google's POP servers. You benefit from Google's excellent spam filter and well as web access.

Thanks! I assume I can still send/receive with my existing e-mail address and don't need to access Google after its been set up?

But do they then index all your emails into their engine ?

Google apps is excellent. But if you want to stick with the "traditional" type web host this company are among the best.

There spam filtering is excellent and you get a report at the end of each day showing whats been stopped etc.
