The simplest thing you can do is move the windows swapfile/hibernation files to the D: drive (assuming there is space there).

That's it. If you don't use hibernation you can disable that under power options - freeing up disk space equivalent to the size of RAM.

Partition Magic 7 was included in a cover disk of PC plus about 2 years ago. It might be downloadable.
