Windows 2000 NT Professional Drive Accessibility

Is there any way of accessing local drives(C on PCs across a Windows 2000 NT network without administrator privileges?

Yes, but you need your account to be granted permission.

          .

A drive has to be shared out and you have to have permission on it.

For Dos, have a look at "net use", in Windows "map network drive".
