Great. This is the week we go 'live'. We already have a few advance cheques for which we have said we should send out the CDs at end this week. And the F* hosting is down and has been for two days so I can't complete my website and put up our support pages/FAQs etc. And obviously we can't put our links on the Dfes site and start selling thru. there either.
They don't tell their customers what's going on, they don't answer emails, they don't answer the phone. Bastards!
Anyhow, wondering about getting a sort of backup domain/hosting if it's cheap enough. Know this has been asked before but any recommendations. Really needs to support psp. Cheers for suggestions.
PS Only upside is it has stopped nearly all the junk mail I was getting.
