LTE modem with built in vpn server

I am looking for a Router/modem that can take a data sim card and also have built in open vpn server.

This is to place in a house without internet connection. It allows me to hook devices in the house to a wifi network and have remote access to the network.

I'll bite.
If you are talking 4G rather than 5G, you can get this one off Amazon for about 65 squid: TP-Link TL-MR6400
Has good VPN capability. Only Cat4, but that won't matter over 4G.

I'm assuming your 4G coverage is adequate, if you need an external antenna you might need another solution.
I find TP-Link hardware easy to set up.
