Clientco is writing AWS Lambdas for CRUD against RDBMS records.
If you were asked to write a lambda that called 5 other api/lambda proxies asynchonrously to check each of the foreign keys were valid that's a smell, right?
Ephemeral, compute cost, lamdba (as in calculus, functional coding) ain't distributed monolith, right?
I'm also "told" I'm not allowed to unit test.
