Anyone know of any decent (preferably free or open source) software for sending out newsletters, mailing lists etc? It will need to link to Exchange, or at the very least Outlook. Sourceforge has a few, but I was wondering if anyone had actually used any of them and could therefore point me in the right direction. Cheers.

Provided that Exchange has SMTP enabled, Mailman is probably your best bet. -
