Anyone here using a digital TV USB receiver thingy?

I've got one, but seems that I need a bigger antennae, the one which came with the USB receiver just doesn't work. So any tips regarding the improvement of TV signal reception?
    The rest is silence...

I think you need a farily beefy house ariel to get Digital TV. Can't you plug a wire from the one on top of your building into the back of it?

Well, seems that my assumption was right, I need a big ugly fat aerial...

I thought that these things were designed with mobility in mind...

They only work on CRT screens.
There has never been a prosecution with detector only evidence.

            Eh?

All I was saying is that they have big ariels and are portable and implying that maybe the manufacturers of the USB sticks have some silly idea like you lugging a great big arield that would fit on a van around with you.

you beat me too it - would not be hard though. I agree local oscillator feedback up the antennae is the method of detection...
