    PlayStation 4 won't turn off

    OK, bit out of left field but when ever I try to turn off my PS4 it just hangs at the log off screen, tried to power it down forcibly but again just does the same, anyone any experience of this or is it knackard

    Never had that issue. I take it you end up unplugging it?
