    DVR help

I need to play a DVR disk. Has anyone recommendations for cheap software for this format. I do not need the full DVR software or kit for recording remote but just the software to view it so even trial software will do. Any hints apart from the obvious searching on Google will be appreciated.

What is the file format of the disk? If it's a DVD movie, then Media Player 10 will be OK (but not brilliant). If it's MPEG etc then any media player should do the trick.

The format is "filelname.dvr" It is the standard format for remote video. Is is not the same as dvd because you split the sceen into 12 separate broadcasts. If it was DVD it would not be a problem.
