Signed up for the free trial 2 days ago & I can't do anything with it as my subscription is showing as "pending" in the portal.
Submitted a support call but that seems to have vanished into the ether....
Seems that there are plenty of other people out there with the same problem and no resolution.
I don't know what credit checks or set up they need to do their end but in this day and age I'd expect it to be pretty much instantaneous.
Anyone else experienced this?
