Vista - how to logon with the admin account

My sister has given me her Vista laptop as she's forgotten her password.

I *think* I created a hidden admin account when she first got it.

Currently, the welcome screen just shows my sister's user account.

So, question is, how can I switch user to logon with the admin account?

Log in to safe mode and it should be there.
