I need a new domain registrar.

I'm currently with 123-Reg, but I'd like to move to another registrar.

Does anyone have any suggestions / recommendations?

Vidahost, no question, have a search I have recommended them a few times and new customers have always been as positive as myself who have used them for years

I've used GoDaddy and Domain Monster, but for my "normal" sites, I still user 123-reg.

Err, thanks. When you say "normal", does that mean non-specialist interest?

No, sorry - I use GoDaddy because the site I took over was hosted with them. Domain Monster I used because they had access to a suffix which I wanted that I couldn't get anywhere else - to be honest I can't even remember what it was now, which is a little worrying!!

I also used Libyan Domain Spider to register a .ly domain name because that was the only way to do that.

123-reg I use for .com and .co.uk names that I use.

Edit - Domain Monster were for .co domains which were expensive elsewhere.

+1 for GoDaddy who came to my aid when I needed somewhere to accept a .IN transfer; I'm also still with 123-Reg for everything else.

I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it. I am not an IPSE Member, since they have no longer have any relevance to me, as an IT Contractor. Read my lips...I recommend QDOS for ALL your Insurance requirements (Contact me for a referral code).
