I have never heard of giving this much notice to renew. I'm only 3 and a half months into a 6 month contract and yesterday my agency sent me a contract renewal through asking me to sign it as soon as possible.
My contract doesn't end until mid January and although it is 1 month's notice...

Working out of contract?
Hi,
My contract is to be renewed for 6 months, but here I am on the last day of the previous one with delays to the new one due to "internal process delays" (i.e. some useless slacker didn't do their job). I am told it may take 10 days to come through.

Lorien trying to change terms of engagement at renewal
I was due for renewal and 2 days for the renewal date Lorien told me they wanted me to sign a different set of terms and conditions (They said that they changed their term in May when they moved to a new portal system). I said OK, I'll get them reviewed.

I a renewing my contract. First period was 6 months, second was 1 year. I am now renewing for one extra year.
I have a project I am working on.
Should I change the name on the project or my renewal to stay outside IR35 ?
