It is known in the accountancy world as delegation or is it dictatorship i always get confused

Hello All

Hello Everyone Im new to the contracting forum,

I thought I would introduce myself - Im jay from the Midlands - currently in the IT Service and Project Management fields.

My reasons for signing up is to understand a lil more about contracting, meet experienced people who have been doing this for many moons and find out if there are any social networking events that take place.....after all work and no play is boring
