I'd like to contact a user off-board, but I don't see a way to privately message members. Am I missing something?
Is this feature disabled intentionally, and if so then what would be the appropriate way to get in touch directly?

[Mod]PM rights are only given to fellow members. PM's are turned off while you are being moderated. It gets turned on after you've proved yourself worthy (10 posts) and become a member yourself.
