We're both owed money by the same agent, and seem to have had a similar experience, so I'd like to compare notes. I can just reply in the thread, but a pm seemed like a better starting point.

I'd like to contact a user off-board, but I don't see a way to privately message members. Am I missing something?

Is this feature disabled intentionally, and if so then what would be the appropriate way to get in touch directly?

[Mod]PM rights are only given to fellow members. PM's are turned off while you are being moderated. It gets turned on after you've proved yourself worthy (10 posts) and become a member yourself.

No point giving spammers the PM facility. [/Mod]
