First Contract... In Spain! Any advice?

Hi All,

I'm a long time reader however first time writer on this forum!

I have been a permanent SAP PM for a while now and have decided to take the step into contracting. I have decided to move forwards with a contract in Barcelona and have done some research about living/registering for an NIE there which I am quite comfortable with.. however am not sure what the best way to set up as a "company" before getting there (UK ltd/Spanish "freelancer") tax implications ect..

Any advice from people who have experienced contracting in Spain before? And how to get the most of your day rate into your pocket?
