    Well if you want one now you are so new in to it then just use your old income and role.

    In the future just put down you are a director and you approx income for the year. Whatever it is it's going to be more than enough to satisfy them. It's just a basic check, nothing too complex or indepth.

    Hi,

    I'm about to start contracting next month (limited co)

    I was wondering how does it work in terms of getting a new rented property?(for living not for business)
    Job references and proof of income are usually required but I'm not sure how to go about it.

    Please advise
