I think I would consider taking my business elsewhere. There are many good Umbrella's out there, some even give money back guarantees if they make an error. You have a right to be paid correctly and on time.

If you have documentary evidence that you use as proof, yes you can Shotto - you may even get someone from the umbrella company responding.
Have you complained about this to their management? It would only be fair to do that first.

Bad payers!
I am now on my third contract - using the same Umbrella Co. Previously been fine, now they have made mistake after mistake and I have been paid late on 4 out of 11 weeks.
Each time, it has been me that has to chase around to sort out their error. Am I allowed to name them here and ask for feedback from others?Tags: None
