    Ni isn't based on any form of cumulation. So no. And the employers NI is nothing to do with you personally anyway.

    At least you should get a years credit towards pension which may or may not be relevant to you.

    It's the umbrella company paying the Employer's NIC's so it's not something that you can reclaim, sorry
