    I got the playbar when it came out and also have the Play5, perfect for my 1 bed flat. Also fine for watching movies using the playbar.

    I have the Playbar. Whilst sonically it isn't a patch on my old separates kit, the functionality and UI is very good.

    If you want both, just buy the Sonos Connect and fire into your amp.

    I would say the same. I liked Logitech's squeezebox approach where the receiver was just a box that you added computer speakers to or connected to an amp. I would however say that as we have 8 of them scattered around the house.

    Sadly it wasn't as marketed as well as the Sonos alternative.....
