    I use notetaker for all my work notes and find it's really good. Once you're done with a doc, output to pdf direct into a dropbox folder.

    Don't think it was expensive. Maybe there's a lite version you could try.

    Yes and yes.

    Click on the form in Safari and when it opens I get a message saying Open in NoteTaker HD.

    It's a paid app but well worth it. It allows you to Edit (type/doodle on) pdf docs then output to pdf/email etc
