Looks great, the black with subtle red overtones looks fantastic. Slightly bigger than my old 3GS but feels good in the hand, might be a bit big for those with small ish hands. I know HTC bought a stake in Beats Audio, hence the inclusion of the Beats by Dre headphones, but am surprised by how quick they did this - didn't they only buy a stake a few months ago?

Are the headphones a specially designed (inferior?) pair just for inclusion with HTC handsets or are they a pair currently available to buy in their own right?
