I've used discountAsp.Net and they have been pretty reliable. I've also heard good things about Zen hosting.

I'm mainly interested in hosting .net applications and discountAsp support .net 4.0 and mvc which makes me a happy bunny.

34SP.com, fair price, good customer service and based in NW England. Have used them almost since they first started up and I have been very happy with them.
