You should be able to see a +ve rep from me from the past week, signed something like "blah blah. :D RC."

Edit: I believe the mods can see who did the repping.

Plumped for the Kindle, waiting for it to turn up. I've an 8hr train journey (and another back home) this weekend so I hope it gets here in time.

Hummed and Ha'd which version to get since 50% more for 3G seems a lot, but eventually got the 3G anyway; there's not much public (free) wi-fi around here and the rudimentary web-browser tipped the balance since I don't have a smartphone.

Can we get back on topic here... start your own thread to discuss legal issues. In fact, mods can you split existing discussion into a new thread?

In some cases, you have a point. But arguing "I should be able to take a product and only pay if I like it"... that's totally subjective and since the law is clear, there's no debate. If your client says after the first week, "sorry we think you're not what we want" then are they still supposed to pay you?

Shoplifting in Lidl's? Just how poor are you, pal?

(material stolen from some Scottish stand-up and published online by me, just up there ^, without permission.)

Getting back on topic, I have a Datawind Ubisurfer which comes with Mobipocket. I'd suggest you don't go down that route. Also the book selection is very poor.
