    +1, great game.

I also quite like Rainbow Six Vegas 2 on Live in co-op mode. Much better than getting your backside kicked in deathmatch type games.

You are stuffed until you learn how the maps are laid out.

I'd never bothered with online stuff for that reason, just got pwned by kids but I persevered for a few evenings with MW2 on Free-for-all and now have l33t s|<1llz.

    GTA IV
I've played it start to finish twice now, and multiplayer has a lot to keep you entertained. I've spent many a happy day playing in Liberty City
xbox 360 also gets the extra download content

Conker's Bad Fur Day for the Xbox.

Getting old now, but still the dogs - any game that includes a level where you have to feed sweetcorn to a giant singing turd called "Sloprano" has to be classed as genius.

I spent a lot of time playing WoW the last time I was on the bench. I had to cancel my subs as soon as I got a job and go cold-turkey

    WHS^

The most polished game I've played.

Fallout 3 is good if you like RPG's, I gave up after about 30 hours play as I realised my life was passing me by and I'd be better off doing something productive.

Just remembered - get the Orange Box. Bit older, so less graphically awesome but Half Life is a great game.
