    Download outlook connector, its free and it keeps all your outlok stuff seperate from your hotmail stuff .

    If you have more than one hotmail account it also keeps those mailboxes seperate as well

    Don't use Outlook but from other mail apps suggest checking the directory structure and permissions look ok wherever it is putting it. Probably Users\<userID>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook or similar.

    should be some settings on the hotmail side of things

    well that was how it worked with my yahoo account anyway

    options to leave e-mails alone when downloaded, delete or keep for x amount of days

    Help please with MS Outlook 2007 settings

    Following major power outage and screwed harddrive have restructured pc and upgraded to MS Office 2007.

    Whenever I download emails from Hotmail, the emails are moved from Hotmail Inbox to Hotmail Deleted folder.

    Is there any way I can both download emails with Outlook and keep them in the Hotmail Inbox?
