Don't use Outlook but from other mail apps suggest checking the directory structure and permissions look ok wherever it is putting it. Probably Users\<userID>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook or similar.

Help please with MS Outlook 2007 settings
Following major power outage and screwed harddrive have restructured pc and upgraded to MS Office 2007.
Whenever I download emails from Hotmail, the emails are moved from Hotmail Inbox to Hotmail Deleted folder.
Is there any way I can both download emails with Outlook and keep them in the Hotmail Inbox?Tags: None
