OK fixed. I had unzipped them on one machine and copied to the Excel machine.
When I unzipped directly on the Excel machine it worked.

Anyone got any idea why?
Error message is
"Excel cannot open the file 'aaa.xlsx' because the file format or file exntension is not valid. verify that file has not been corrupted and that the file format matches the extension of the file".Tags: None
