Jmeter but isn`t great at secure https due to the way it works. Jmeter allows you to build up tests in a graphical way via a treeview.
TheGrinder. More powerful but uses Jython and tests need to be developed via Jython.
OpenSta. It can crash often but is quite handy but a bit old now and doesn`t get updated often. Again you can record tests and play them back while configuring number of virtual users, timings etc
I`d start with Jmeter

Don't know much about it so may not be what you want but Chrome's developer tools produces a report in bar chart form with times in ms of all resources including loading images, processing css, js php etc. Not sure it gives barf time.

rent a botnets for a ddosOriginally posted by minestrone View PostI'm looking to get a bit of free desktop software to whack the hell out of a site i'm working on.
I have used a couple before but they were a bit crap TBH.
Ideally it can graphically show me the build up of load on a page and at what point the server starts to barf.
Thanks
