It's Pavarotti singing Nessun Dorma, not only the most expressive rendering of it that I have heard, but the finest tenor singing that I have heard anywhere.     I thought they'd be using some sort of 'no cache' option so it doesn't retain the stream when the browser's closed?

    Just install the latest version of RealPlayer. Then you get a "Download this Video" link above every video you view online...

    There's a few websites offering this service, where you provide the YouTube link and it converts it into a downloadable file.

    Not done it myself for a long time, but KeepVid rings a bell. Stick "download youtube" into google to find that and any alternatives.
