    Website help

I have had an idea for a website, but not being web-literate, I've got no idea how to go about it.
Basically there will be a database of information with each row in the table relating to a UK postcode. The user would enter a postcode that they want data for, and they would be presented with the information from the database for that local area. For example, banks (its not banks - that would be dull) - the user enters their home postcode, and the website returns all the bank details local to that area.

    Make sense ??

So how do I go about setting this up ???
Working...
