Not yet, but there will be. Probably in 2009. In the meantime play TF2, it's a riot

    FPS:

CoD4 (this game rules, nothing touches it, other than possibly CoD3!!)
    GoW/GoW2

Fun type things for 2 player = Lego (you already mentioned this tho)

Dont buy Assassins Creed unless you want to be bored after the 3rd time of doing exactly the same thing and knowing you have to do it 4 more times!! however the graphics are awesome!

Everybodies Golf is v good, but i'm not sure if thats on the 360 yet. Ping Pong (or table tennis whatever its called) is v good on 360.

For full price games look here, use the 'show score' search for best results.

If Mashed was your cup of tea you're more likely to find that sort of thing as an Arcade download, they review these here, it’s a shame but Mashed isn't on the backwards compatibility list.

I did see BioShock in the stores but wasn't sure of its pedigree.

Will add it to my list of must buys.

Star Wars Lego gives her the right hump because pixel perfect jumping onto platforms is required.

Are there any good 2 player games where both players are on the full screen at the same time? Excluding footy or first person driving games. Mashed on the original Xbox was brilliant and a good example of what I'm getting at. All the FPS's split the screen which looks rubbish.
My fave "2 player games on one screen" have been fighting games like Tekken, VF or Sega Tennis. I never liked split screen games either.

Anyone recommend any decent similar FPS games.

Also quite like chop-socky type games.
    e.g. Street Fighter.

Again any recommendations in this genre?
I'm sure you can get StreetFighter II on the Xbox Marketplace or whatever it's called for less than a tenner

Thirded - it looks lovely, but only because it's not as expansive as Halo3.
